The McDermott lab is celebrating Dr. Yizhuo Yang's graduation from Columbia Chemistry's PhD program. Dr. Yang successfully defended her thesis "Structural and Functional Studies of T-Cell Intracellular Antigen-1 (TIA1)". Dr. Yang will be continuing in the McDermott lab as a postdoc to finish up the remainder of her studies.
